May’s colleague of the month comes from our Generator Project Management team. He has been recognised for his dedication to “fixing unplanned issues and staying positive throughout with a can-do attitude”, Congratulations to Daniel Skudder!
Our Project Managers are an integral part of Shenton Group, from the placement of the order to project completion, providing a complete turn-key solution for our clients. They have the job of planning, budgeting, and overseeing all aspects of the project as well as liaising with contractors and the client. It is Daniel’s job to provide his technical expertise for integrating the right solution and ensuring that the client requirements are met. Daniel deals with our Generator installations; these are often site-specific, which means that every job has its own challenges. With the backup of the operations team, Dan continues to do a great job.
With all the fantastic projects we have won recently, the pressure has been mounting on our Project Managers, Daniel himself is currently taking responsibility for twenty projects. His dedication and determination are one of the reasons for his nomination, this spills over into his free time where he has been cycling from his home to work which is a round trip of 55 miles “well done Daniel”!
