shentongroup, Andover, urgently requires a further office based CHP Service Coordinator to join our existing CHP team, scheduling and planning maintenance visits for our nationwide team of engineers. The role will be challenging liaising with our clients and engineers working at times in a pressurised environment within our busy service operation teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Engineer Scheduling
  • Liaising with clients
  • Dealing with callouts
  • Invoicing and producing quotations
  • Processing service sheets
  • Data entry
  • Parts ordering
  • Liaising with Project Department
  • Monitoring of CHP’s

  • Word, Excel and Outlook
  • SAP Business One software skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Outgoing and friendly
  • Determined spirit
  • Good time and task management

Hours of work would be 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am – 4.30pm on Friday’s with an hour lunch, or as the needs of the business require.
