We are thrilled to announce Juri as our new Sales Manager within the Projects Sales Department and a key member of our senior leadership team. This strategic move aligns with Curtis Meek’s transition to CEO, marking a new chapter of growth for Shenton Group.
A New Era of Expertise and Leadership
Juri brings over a decade of sales management experience in engineering design and development. His background in Business Development and Sales Management, combined with a degree in Mechatronic Engineering and a proven track record in selling complex engineering solutions, positions him as a valuable asset to our team. He has significant experience in automation, R&D, production test applications, and the automotive, aerospace, defense, and electronics industries.
When asked what attracted him to the role and to Shenton Group, Juri explained,
“I saw it as a great opportunity to join a SME which is on an the upward trend, the company culture was very professional & welcoming and it was clear that Shenton Group take pride in the products that they deliver to market.”
Juri also expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “I am most excited about working with the team to develop our accounts, increase our market share, and ensure consistent growth in the coming years while delivering exceptional value to our clients.
Strategic Vision and Engineering Excellence
Juri’s appointment is part of a broader strategy to enhance our management team’s expertise across all areas. His role in the Sales and Marketing team is crucial as we embark on several exciting upcoming projects that will demonstrate engineering excellence.
Curtis stated that this development would allow him to take a broader view of the business, providing more time to focus on long-term strategic goals. One plan on the horizon is to more than double the size of Shenton Group’s rental department. He also aims to elevate the performance standards of each department. Additionally, he mentioned that he will now have more time to visit stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and employees.
